Manager & Volunteer Forms

Before a person can volunteer to serve with the Youth Association of
Northeast Pensacola, he or she must complete the NEP Background Check
Questionnaire. This is consent to conduct a background check. Also, prospective
NEP managers are required to complete the NEP Manager's Application. This form
provides the NEP Board of Directors with essential information on coaching
philosophy and experience prior to the Board interview. Both forms must be
completed prior to Board approval. These forms can be found by clicking on the "NEP Forms
& Documents" link. These forms are provided in Adobe Acrobat PDF format and
might take a few moments to download. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat
Reader to view the files. A link to the Adobe download site is provided on the
Forms & Documents page.
The NEP Baseball and Softball Complex is the finest in
the area, largely because of the attention paid to it by its members and
administration. If you look around the county, you'll see that some parks that
have enjoyed renovations in recent years are already showing signs of
deterioration. This is not the case at NEP. As we continue to take pride in our park and in our program, teams are
reminded to clean their bleachers and dugouts after the last game of the day.
Please take a moment to run water on and under the bleachers and ensure trash
and other items are removed from the dugouts before you leave. Small efforts
like this will go a long way in preserving our park for the future and help it
remain the premiere facility in the area.
